Methi Na Thepla Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Methi leaves
  • Black millet flour
  • Whole purpose flour
  • Curd
  • Oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Turmeric
  • LG Hing

Method:

  • Sieve the Millet and whole purpose flour
  • Add oil
  • Add sesame seeds
  • Salt according to the taste
  • Add chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder
  • Add chopped methi
  • Mix everything and knead into dough
  • Make medium sized balls and make thepla using the rolling pin

Cook thepla on a pan, flip when one side is partly cooked. Apply oil on both the sides.
