The Lumps produced in Bombay are repacked in Chennai and Kumbakonam for sale in the south of India, where L.G. is used synonymously with hing. While the packaging is representative of the region in which it’s sold, the signature LG Hing quality is the same gold standard.

Compounded Asafoetida Powder
