Methi Na Thepla Recipe - lg

Ingredients:

  • Methi leaves
  • Black millet flour
  • Whole purpose flour
  • Curd
  • Oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Turmeric
  • LG Hing

Method:

  1. Sieve the Millet and whole purpose flour.
  2. Add oil.
  3. Add sesame seeds.
  4. Salt according to the taste.
  5. Add chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder.
  6. Add chopped methi.
  7. Mix everything and knead into dough.
  8. Make medium sized balls and make thepla using the rolling pin.

Cook thepla on a pan, flip when one side is partly cooked. Apply oil on both the sides.
