Ingredients:
- Methi leaves
- Black millet flour
- Whole purpose flour
- Curd
- Oil
- Sesame seeds
- Salt
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- Turmeric
- LG Hing
Method:
- Sieve the Millet and whole purpose flour.
- Add oil.
- Add sesame seeds.
- Salt according to the taste.
- Add chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder.
- Add chopped methi.
- Mix everything and knead into dough.
- Make medium sized balls and make thepla using the rolling pin.
Cook thepla on a pan, flip when one side is partly cooked. Apply oil on both the sides.
